■Features ● The world's first Pebax (nylon elastomer) heat shrink tube has high flexibility, excellent tear strength, abrasion resistance, pressure resistance, and mechanical strength, as well as outstanding insulation properties and adhesion to metals. ● It can be used for radiation sterilization and, due to its excellent characteristics, is utilized in medical devices, industrial equipment, and high-tech devices as a thin and precise special heat shrink tube. ● During the shrink processing, the shrinkage rate in the length direction is minimal, resulting in an excellent surface finish. ● The pre-shrink inner diameter is available in a range from 0.36 to 6.35 mm, with shrink ratios of 2:1 and 4:1. ● Custom specifications can be produced for sizes outside the standard, including colored products and variations in hardness (durometer 40, 55, 63, and 72).
