Vinyl glass sleeve, heat-resistant up to 130°C.
Sleeve coated with plasticized polyvinyl chloride film.
The vinyl-coated sleeve is a heat-treated and strongly braided sleeve, coated with firmly adhered plasticized polyvinyl chloride film. It excels in mechanical strength and durability, maintaining insulation strength against bending. It is used for additional insulation in transformers, motors, generators, and resistance leads, or to enable soldering in electrical circuits. It has high resistance to acids and solvents. This vinyl compound is designed to withstand continuous operation at 130°C while maintaining excellent abrasion resistance and cut-through resistance.
