The "Conductive PTFE Fitting" is a product that has been endowed with conductive properties by adding a very small amount of long carbon nanotubes to PTFE. Traditionally, adding carbon black was the common method to impart conductivity to fluoropolymer resins, but it required a large addition of 20-30% (by weight), which was a drawback. The conductive PTFE used in this product significantly enhances conductivity and thermal conductivity by incorporating an extremely small amount of long carbon nanotubes. 【Features】 ■ Conductivity equivalent to resins with a few percent of carbon added ■ Volume resistivity of 102Ωcm with an addition of 0.05wt% ■ High thermal conductivity with excellent precision during processing ■ Thermal conductivity of 0.64W/(m·K), 2.6 times that of the base material with an addition of 0.05wt% ■ No shedding due to the carbon content being 1/1000 ■ No TOC detected in a 24-hour test with pure water *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.
