"Gold Foil (GRF)" is made from a lightweight material used in the aerospace industry. This 0.15mm thick foil is backed with fiberglass using a fire-resistant adhesive to maintain strength and tear resistance. This adhesive meets the appropriate level of fire resistance for the 12-second vertical burn test set by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
