Using a dedicated viewer, it is possible to remotely monitor the video from the Wi-Fi camera in real-time. Recording for up to two weeks is possible using an SD card, allowing for video review. The presence of a camera that acts as a substitute for the human eye is expected to have a deterrent effect on shoplifting and crime.
