This is a turnkey system optimal for uniform CVD coating of powders and particles. It is designed flexibly for both research and industrial use, capable of handling temperatures up to 2000°C.
■Excellent high-uniformity coating through superior gas-solid contact The fluidized bed reactor (FBR) system from PVA MPA Industrie enables the suspension and fluidization of solid particles and powders with high-speed reaction gases, applying a uniform and high-precision CVD coating (such as PyC, SiC, ZrC, HfC, etc.) to the entire surface of each individual particle. The reactor supports both batch operation and continuous supply and discharge, and can be operated under a wide range of conditions, including various crucible sizes and temperatures (up to 2,000°C). ■Versatile applications Starting with the production of TRISO fuel particles for high-temperature gas reactors (HTGR), it provides excellent performance and thermal uniformity and reproducibility in advanced energy and materials fields, including next-generation battery anode materials, carbon nanotubes (CNT/MWCNT), and coating treatments for medical implants.
