Glass processing silk screen printing
There are two types: organic printing and inorganic printing! This is a process that prints on glass using the silk screen printing technique.
Our company offers processing services for printing on glass using the silk screen printing technique. The inks used are classified into two types: organic printing and inorganic printing. Ink is placed within the screen printing frame, and a rubber squeegee is used to press the ink through the screen onto the glass, resulting in coloration as the ink transfers through the screen's mesh. 【Features of Organic Printing】 - Printing using a room temperature curing type of resin ink that allows for color mixing - A wide variety of finishes available, including glossy, matte, textured, and crystalline inks - Printing specifically for interior use, with the possibility of printing on mirrors 【Features of Inorganic Printing】 - Printing using inks primarily composed of glass powder and inorganic pigments - After printing, the ink is fused to the glass by firing at high temperatures (approximately 600°C) - Extremely high hardness, making it resistant to ink peeling and color fading.
