Shaft Appearance Inspection Device | Recording and Visualization of Inspection Data

Visual inspection that records and accumulates inspection results that are difficult to detect visually as data, which can be utilized for quality improvement.

The appearance inspection device "DDSPR1000" is an external inspection device that detects surface scratches, dents, and dirt on shaft products. In manufacturing sites, it is often seen that visual inspections of shaft products are conducted manually. However, with visual inspections, it is difficult to retain records of where and what kind of scratches or dents were found, making it challenging to utilize the results for quality improvement and cause analysis. The DDSPR1000 detects scratches, dents, and dirt on the surface of shafts using image processing technology and optimal lighting. By accumulating inspection results as data, it contributes to: - Recording inspection history - Understanding quality trends - Utilizing for quality improvement activities. We can also take sample work for shooting trials. Please feel free to consult us regarding the work to be inspected.

Founded in December 1937 in Handa City, Aichi Prefecture, we began manufacturing hydraulic cylinders for industrial vehicles in 1956 and have continued to be loved by major industrial vehicle manufacturers. In January 2019, we announced an inspection device that made it possible to inspect scratches on glossy surfaces, which was previously considered impossible. Since then, we have received numerous inquiries from finished product manufacturers.
