南アメリカやアフリカから来日した国際協力機構（ＪＩＣＡ）の研修員9名が10月15日、株式会社三進製作所の視察研修に訪れました。弊社では長年、ＪＩＣＡの視察研修を受け入れています。 今回の研修では、品質・生産性向上（カイゼン）を通した中小企業支援能力強化を目的とし、5Sやカイゼンにどのように取り組むかが課題となっています。日本の中小企業の取り組みとして、弊社の取り組みが研修員の国の参考になれば幸いです。

創立70周年のご挨拶
