This high-speed manufacturing model maintains the easy and convenient operability of the mini packer while accommodating sites that require a larger number of air pads. ○ Capable of producing various patterns of air cushions and air pads With a maximum high-speed production of 21m/min, air pads can be quickly created in the necessary quantities when needed. This cushioning material manufacturing machine is perfect for sites that use a large amount of cushioning material, even with limited installation space. ○ Easy with RFID technology FP International's packer series utilizes RFID technology to automatically set the optimal air volume and welding temperature according to the type of film selected. Complicated settings are unnecessary. Air-based cushioning materials (air cushions, air pads) expand due to decompression during air transport. Without the appropriate air volume and film strength, there is a risk of bursting or air leakage.
