This is a vibration-damping rubber suitable for suppressing vibrations and noise generated during the engine start-up and operation of small pleasure boats, fishing boats, transportation equipment, and general machinery. Trelleborg AVS's vibration-damping rubber "Cushifloat" is available as custom orders tailored to engine specifications beyond catalog standards. There are four types: small, medium, large, and heavy-duty. The rubber hardness for small types can be selected from 45, 55, or 65 degrees, while medium and large types can be chosen from 45, 55, 65, or 75 degrees. Additionally, the heavy-duty type can be selected from 40, 50, 60, or 70 degrees. The rubber part is covered with plated metal to protect it from oil and dirt. The medium type (model number 17-1609) is particularly popular. In principle, manufacturing occurs in the UK after an order is placed, but for certain products, there may be limited stock available in the UK or China (Wuxi). We do not hold stock in Japan.
