This is a vibration-damping rubber suitable for suppressing vibrations and noise generated during the engine start-up and operation of small pleasure boats, fishing boats, transport equipment, and general machinery. Trelleborg AVS's vibration-damping rubber "Cushifloat" is also available as custom orders tailored to engine specifications beyond catalog standards. There are four types: small, medium, large, and heavy-duty, with rubber hardness options of 45°, 55°, and 65° for small, and 45°, 55°, 65°, and 75° for medium and large, while heavy-duty offers options of 40°, 50°, 60°, and 70°. The rubber part is covered with plated metal to protect it from oil stains and other contaminants. The medium type (model number 17-1609) is a best seller. In principle, manufacturing takes place in the UK after an order is received, but for some products, there may be limited stock available in the UK or China (Wuxi). We do not hold stock in Japan.
