The anti-vibration rubber Super D, developed, designed, and manufactured by Trelleborg AVS, is designed to be used in extremely harsh conditions. Super D can withstand large deflections without being affected, and is primarily used for anti-vibration in large marine engines and land-based power generation systems. Super D comes with a manufacturing number to ensure traceability, and a certificate of conformity recording the manufacturing number and test deflection is attached. It is delivered to the customer's specified location in export-ready palletized wooden packaging. Super D has received type certification from the prestigious classification society Lloyds Register of Shipping. Many navies around the world, including the latest aircraft carriers from the UK, have adopted this Super D for many years to protect engines and other critical components from vibration. The basic color features black-colored metal and red-colored rubber, but we are open to consultations for preferred color combinations based on European RAL color specifications. After receiving the drawings of the equipment to be installed from the customer, we will propose and estimate products recommended by the manufacturer.
