The vibration-damping rubber Super D, developed, designed, and manufactured by the British company Trelleborg AVS, is designed to be used in extremely harsh conditions. Super D can withstand large deflections and is designed to be unaffected by them, primarily used for vibration damping in large marine engines and land-based power generation systems. Super D is assigned a manufacturing number to ensure traceability, and a certificate of conformity, which records the manufacturing number and test deflection, is attached. It is delivered to the customer's specified location in export-ready palletized wooden packaging. Super D has received type certification from the prestigious classification society Lloyds Register of Shipping. Many navies around the world, including the latest aircraft carriers from the UK, have adopted this Super D for many years to protect engines and other critical components from vibration. The basic color features black-colored metal and red-colored rubber, but we are open to consultations for preferred color combinations based on European RAL color specifications. After receiving the drawings of the equipment to be installed from the customer, we will propose and provide a quote for the recommended products from the manufacturer.
