The shock mount "Super D," developed, designed, and manufactured by the UK company Trelleborg AVS, is engineered to perform vibration isolation functions under extremely harsh conditions. The Super D can withstand significant deflection without being affected, and it is primarily used for vibration mitigation in large marine engines and land-based power generation systems. To ensure traceability, the Super D comes with a certificate of conformity that includes the manufacturing number and deflection test records, and it is delivered in export-ready palletized wooden packaging to the customer's specified location. The Super D has received type certification from the prestigious classification society Lloyds Register of Shipping. Many navies around the world, including those of the UK's state-of-the-art aircraft carriers, have adopted the Super D to protect engines and other critical components from vibration. The standard color features black-colored metal and red-colored rubber, but we are open to consultations for preferred color combinations based on European RAL color specifications.
