The shock mount "Super D," developed, designed, and manufactured by the UK company Trelleborg AVS, is engineered to perform vibration isolation functions under extremely harsh conditions. The Super D can withstand significant deflection without being affected, and it is primarily used for vibration mitigation in large marine engines and land-based power generation systems. Each Super D comes with a certificate of conformity that includes a manufacturing number and records of deflection testing, ensuring traceability, and is delivered in export-ready palletized wooden packaging to the customer's specified location. The Super D has received type certification from the prestigious classification society Lloyd's Register of Shipping. Many navies around the world, including those of the UK's state-of-the-art aircraft carriers, have adopted the Super D to protect engines and other critical components from vibration. The basic color features black metal and red rubber, but we are open to consultations for preferred color combinations based on European RAL color specifications. After receiving the drawings of the equipment to be installed from the customer, we will propose recommended products from the manufacturer and provide a quotation.
