This is a vibration-damping rubber suitable for suppressing vibrations and noise generated during the engine start-up and operation of small pleasure boats, fishing boats, transport equipment, and general machinery. Trelleborg AVS's vibration-damping rubber "Cushifloat" can also accommodate custom orders based on engine specifications beyond catalog standards. There are four types: small, medium, large, and heavy-duty, with rubber hardness options of 45°, 55°, and 65° for small, 45°, 55°, 65°, and 75° for medium and large, and 40°, 50°, 60°, and 70° for heavy-duty. The rubber part is covered with plated metal to protect it from oil and dirt. The medium type (model number 17-1609) is a best seller. In principle, manufacturing occurs in the UK after receiving an order, but for some products, there may be limited stock available in the UK or China (Wuxi).
