The Super D anti-vibration rubber, developed, designed, and manufactured by the UK company Trelleborg AVS, is designed to perform its anti-vibration function under extremely harsh conditions. Super D can withstand large deflections and is designed to be unaffected by them, primarily used for anti-vibration measures in large marine engines and land power generation systems. Super D comes with a certificate of conformity that includes the manufacturing number and test deflection to ensure traceability, and is delivered in export-ready palletized wooden packaging to the customer's specified location. Super D has received type certification from the prestigious Lloyds Register of Shipping. Many navies around the world, including the UK's state-of-the-art aircraft carriers, have adopted this Super D to protect engines and other critical components from vibrations. The basic color features black-colored metal and red-colored rubber, but we are open to consultations for preferred color combinations based on the European RAL color specifications. After receiving the drawings of the equipment to be installed from the customer, we will propose recommended products from the manufacturer and provide a quotation.
