The Super D vibration-damping rubber, developed, designed, and manufactured by the British company Trelleborg AVS, is designed to perform its vibration-damping function under extremely harsh conditions. Super D can withstand large deformations without being affected by them and is primarily used for vibration control in large marine engines and land power generation systems. Super D comes with a certificate of conformity that includes the manufacturing number and recorded test deformation to ensure traceability, and it is delivered in export-ready palletized wooden packaging to the customer's specified location. Super D has received type certification from the internationally recognized classification society Lloyds Register of Shipping. Many navies around the world, including the latest aircraft carriers from the UK, have adopted this Super D to protect engines and other critical components from vibration. The basic color is black for the metal and red for the rubber, but we are open to consultations for preferred color combinations based on European RAL color specifications. After receiving the drawings of the equipment to be installed from the customer, we will propose products recommended by the manufacturer and provide a quotation.
