The Super D vibration-damping rubber, developed, designed, and manufactured by the UK company Trelleborg AVS, is engineered to perform its vibration-damping function under extremely harsh conditions. Super D can withstand significant deflection and is designed to be unaffected by it, primarily used for vibration mitigation in large marine engines and land-based power generation systems. Each Super D unit comes with a certificate of conformity that includes a manufacturing number and recorded test deflection to ensure traceability, and is delivered in export-ready palletized wooden packaging to the customer's specified location. Super D has received type certification from the prestigious Lloyds Register of Shipping. Many navies around the world, including the UK's state-of-the-art aircraft carriers, have adopted this Super D to protect engines and other critical components from vibration. The basic color scheme features black-colored metal and red-colored rubber, but we are open to consultations for preferred color combinations based on European RAL color specifications. After receiving the drawings of the equipment to be installed from the customer, we will propose recommended products from the manufacturer and provide a quotation.
