The Super D vibration-damping rubber, developed, designed, and manufactured by the UK company Trelleborg AVS, is designed to perform its vibration-damping function under extremely harsh conditions. Super D can withstand significant deflection without being affected, and it is primarily used for vibration mitigation in large marine engines and land-based power generation systems. Super D comes with a certificate of conformity that includes the manufacturing number and test deflection to ensure traceability, and it is delivered to the customer's specified location in export-ready palletized wooden packaging. Super D has received type certification from the prestigious Lloyds Register of Shipping. Many navies around the world, including the UK's state-of-the-art aircraft carriers, have adopted this Super D to protect engines and other critical components from vibrations. The basic color features black-colored metal and red-colored rubber, but we are open to consultations for preferred color combinations based on European RAL color specifications. After receiving the drawings of the equipment to be installed from the customer, we will propose recommended products from the manufacturer and provide a quotation.
