The Super D vibration-damping rubber, developed, designed, and manufactured by the UK company Trelleborg AVS, is designed to perform its vibration-damping function under extremely harsh conditions. Super D can withstand large deflections and is designed to be unaffected by them, primarily used for vibration control in large marine engines and land-based power generation systems. Each Super D unit is supplied with a certificate of conformity that includes the manufacturing number and recorded test deflection to ensure traceability, packaged in export-ready pallet-type wooden crates for delivery to the customer's specified location. Super D has received type certification from the prestigious Lloyds Register of Shipping. Many navies around the world, including the UK's state-of-the-art aircraft carriers, have adopted Super D to protect engines and other critical components from vibrations. The basic color features black-colored metal and red-colored rubber, but we are open to consultations for preferred color combinations based on European RAL color specifications. This product will be proposed and quoted after receiving the drawings of the equipment to be installed from the customer.
