There is also a version coated with a fire-retardant paint to prevent flame spread during the ignition of the bogie. Developed and designed by Trelleborg AVS in the UK. Recommended for secondary springs in railway vehicles (subways, trams, new transportation systems, freight cars). The amount of rubber deflection in the shear direction can be selected from a range of 40mm to 100mm. An option for Trelleborg AVS's original flame-retardant paint specification is available. The unique "hourglass" shape is a charming feature. This product is produced in the UK and will be imported. It is made to order and not available for stock sale in Japan. There is also a "half-glass" version shaped like a cooking bowl.
