The Super D vibration-damping rubber, developed, designed, and manufactured by the UK company Trelleborg AVS, is designed to perform its vibration-damping function under extremely harsh conditions. Super D can withstand large deflections and is designed to be unaffected by them, primarily used for vibration control in large marine engines and land-based power generation systems. Each Super D unit comes with a certificate of conformity that includes the manufacturing number and recorded test deflection, ensuring traceability, and is delivered to the customer's specified location in export-ready palletized wooden packaging. Super D has received type certification from the prestigious Lloyds Register of Shipping. Many navies around the world, including the UK's latest aircraft carrier, have adopted Super D to protect engines and other critical components from vibration. The basic color features black-colored metal and red-colored rubber, but we are open to consultations for preferred color combinations based on European RAL color specifications. After receiving the drawings of the equipment to be installed from the customer, we will propose recommended products from the manufacturer and provide a quotation.
