The Metacon Shock Mount from Trelleborg is suitable for medium-weight equipment that requires insulation against low-frequency vibrations, in addition to the added benefit of excellent high-frequency acoustic damping. Due to the differing stiffness rates of the two horizontal modes, the suspension characteristics can be optimized by properly setting the orientation of the mount without changing the seating position.
