The Super D anti-vibration rubber, developed, designed, and manufactured by the British company Trelleborg AVS, is designed to perform its anti-vibration function under extremely harsh conditions. Super D can withstand significant deflection and is designed to be unaffected by it, primarily used for anti-vibration measures in large marine engines and land-based power generation systems. Super D is supplied with a certificate of conformity that includes the manufacturing number and recorded test deflection to ensure traceability, packaged in export-ready palletized wooden crates for delivery to the customer's specified location. Super D has received type certification from the prestigious Lloyds Register of Shipping. Many navies around the world, including the latest aircraft carriers from the UK, have adopted this Super D to protect engines and other critical components from vibration. The basic color features black-colored metal and red-colored rubber, but we are open to consultations for preferred color combinations based on European RAL color specifications. After receiving the drawings of the equipment to be installed from the customer, we will propose recommended products from the manufacturer and provide a quotation.
