The vibration-damping rubber Super D, developed, designed, and manufactured by the UK company Trelleborg AVS, is engineered to perform its vibration-damping function under extremely harsh conditions. Super D can withstand significant deflection without being affected, and it is primarily used for vibration control in large marine engines and land-based power generation systems. To ensure traceability, Super D is supplied with a certificate of conformity that includes the manufacturing number and recorded test deflection, packaged in export-ready palletized wooden crates to the customer's specified location. Super D has received type certification from the prestigious Lloyd's Register of Shipping. Many navies around the world, including the UK's state-of-the-art aircraft carriers, have adopted this Super D to protect engines and other critical components from vibration. The basic color features black-colored metal and red-colored rubber; however, we are open to consultations for preferred color combinations based on European RAL color specifications. After receiving the drawings of the equipment to be installed from the customer, we will propose recommended products from the manufacturer and provide a quotation.
