Vibration isolation mounts used in naval vessels around the world: Trelleborg AVS Super-D
ハシモト
The Super D vibration-damping rubber, developed, designed, and manufactured by the UK company Trelleborg AVS, is designed to perform its vibration-damping function under extremely harsh conditions. Super D can withstand significant deflection without being affected, and it is primarily used for vibration control in large marine engines and land-based power generation systems. To ensure traceability, Super D comes with a certificate of conformity that includes the manufacturing number and test deflection, and it is delivered in export-ready palletized wooden packaging to the customer's specified location. Super D has received type certification from the prestigious Lloyds Register of Shipping. Many navies around the world, including the UK aircraft carrier "Queen Elizabeth II," have adopted this Super D to protect engines and other critical components from vibration. The basic color features black-colored metal and red-colored rubber, but we are open to consultations for preferred color combinations based on the European RAL color specifications.
