Compact Pump Unit KA

1. Cut power consumption by up to 91% 2. Ideal for energy saving and CO2 reduction

Is your hydraulic pump still running even when it's not in use? There is a reason for that. With the HAWE method, you can stop the pump when it's not needed. This is because there is no issue with stopping the pump. We propose an energy-saving system that uses hydraulic power only when necessary. This is a compact and lightweight hydraulic package that integrates a motor-pump unit within a casing that also serves as a hydraulic oil tank. It constructs a pump intermittent operation circuit that maintains pressure for long periods using only valves. Compared to continuous operation methods, it has a proven track record of reducing electricity consumption by up to 91%. It demonstrates significant effectiveness in reducing lifecycle costs related to energy, hydraulic oil, piping, and installation space.
