It is utilized in ultra-fine coaxial cables (MFCX) for electronics products and medical devices. While it is a twisting machine that pursues extreme cost performance compared to tubular types, it is less user-friendly than the tubular type. To achieve stable low tension and long lengths at high rotation speeds, the overall balance and path, including the flyer, have been thoroughly analyzed and researched, and it is designed based on accumulated know-how. The tension can be controlled mechanically or electrically to meet customer needs, and it features a compact design that can also accommodate power outage measures.
