The tubular type is a twisting machine characterized by ease of use and an exceptionally high production capacity compared to the planetary type. However, it has the disadvantage of being the longest in overall length among twisting machines. It is mainly used for covering wire assembly for electronics products, as well as cables and equipment wires for automobiles and robots. The tension can be controlled by mechanical control, electrical control, a wireless HCI-T tension feedback control system, or a control system based on recipes, catering to customer needs. Depending on the product specifications such as cables, various configurations of bobbins can be provided, including 1B (= 1 unit), 2B, 3B, and so on. The cover can be selected from lightweight aluminum or heavy-duty steel, and the bearings can be either oil forced lubrication or grease type. Depending on the application, it is possible to install auxiliary devices as options.
