The reason for inverting is that the steel plate punched with a turret punch has burrs on the backside, so during the subsequent bending process in the press, we need to ensure that the burrs do not end up on the outside. The plates are automatically conveyed one by one. The punched steel plates are stacked and set on a table lifter. They are then suctioned with eight suction pads attached to the inverter arm and inverted 180°. Finally, they are lowered onto a ball caster table and sent to the brake press.
