Aioi System has collaborated with E Ink Holdings Inc., a pioneer in the electronic paper field, to launch the world's first A4-sized flexible color electronic paper integrated into a digital paper system. This system, which is battery-free and features NFC-compatible "visible RFID" Smart Tags, will be available for corporate sales starting in April 2024 as part of the "Smart Equipment Inspection System." The latest picking system, the Projection Picking System, was highlighted in the "Trend Tamago Corner" of the economic news program "World Business Satellite" aired on TV Tokyo on July 19 (Thursday). This system expresses the picking area using visuals. It recognizes the position of hands and opened drawers through image processing, preventing mistakes. Since it manages locations via software, moving or changing setups is easy. It can be easily installed in parts boxes for labels, small items, drugs, and shelves for small items like contact lenses, making it suitable for picking small items that cannot be equipped with traditional lamps. With a screen only in the necessary areas, it can display quantity indications, notes, photos, and other images, allowing for free expression of picking information, notes, product information, and more.
