Resistance Heating Furnace Type Glass Bead Device BeadOneR

"BeadOneR" is a glass bead production device that employs a temperature-stable electric furnace using a melting method, eliminating the need for utilities other than the power supply (such as compressed air and cooling water). By heating and stirring pre-weighed samples, flux, and release agents in a platinum crucible, and then transferring them to a platinum casting dish after degassing, it is possible to safely and automatically produce excellent glass beads with a flat surface condition.
