Epoxy resin hardener-2

This is an epoxy hardener that is not subject to the Poisonous and Deleterious Substances Control Law.

Epoxy resin is said to be the most suitable cold-cure resin for sample polishing due to its high hardness and low shrinkage rate among cold-cure resins at room temperature. This product eliminates hazardous substances such as ethylene triamine and triethylene tetraamine, yet it possesses performance characteristics such as hardness, curing time, and shrinkage that are comparable to conventional epoxy hardeners. **Benefits of Being Hazardous Substance-Free** - No need to handle materials from locked storage shelves for "pharmaceutical-grade hazardous substances." - Elimination of daily management and record-keeping for usage and remaining quantities. - No need for special leakage or theft prevention measures. - Removal of management duties for toxic substance handlers. - Reduction of safety and health concerns. By being hazardous substance-free, unnecessary tasks outside of practical work are eliminated, leading to increased productivity. Of course, it also contributes to safety and health. **Drawbacks of Being Hazardous Substance-Free** Since substances commonly used have been eliminated, there may be slight differences in user experience compared to the epoxy you have used before. Therefore, if you have concerns about usage, we can send you a free sample so you can try it out and verify for yourself. ★ It is also available for purchase on Amazon. Please check the link below.

basic information

On July 1, 2018, a partial amendment to the Poisonous and Deleterious Substances Control Act was enacted by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. As a result, ethylenediamine (CAS No. 111-40-0) and triethylenetetramine (CAS No. 112-24-3), which are included in epoxy resin hardeners, have become classified as deleterious substances. Hardening agents classified as deleterious substances must be strictly managed in terms of handling and storage, and can only be purchased from vendors who have obtained a "Poisonous and Deleterious Substances Sales Registration Certificate." This product does not contain any of these deleterious substances, so normal transactions can be conducted. A license for handling poisonous and deleterious substances is also not required.

Hartzok Japan has been a specialized company in preprocessing equipment for about 30 years. The preprocessing equipment we handle refers to devices that create samples in optimal conditions for analytical instruments. In recent years, the performance of analytical instruments has improved, allowing for more precise analyses. However, as the accuracy of analysis increases, the results can vary significantly based on the preprocessing steps. For example, even if there is a high-spec microscope, poor preprocessing due to contamination, loss, or uneven polishing can lead to low analytical accuracy. Conversely, even a low-spec microscope can yield high-accuracy results if the polishing is done well. Preprocessing equipment is often postponed in capital investments, but the results of the preprocessing steps become more critical as higher analytical accuracy is sought. Furthermore, this preprocessing process is largely analog and relies heavily on empirical knowledge. Hartzok Japan will contribute to improving our customers' quality with the know-how we have cultivated over many years in the preprocessing field.
