"HIT-TUBE EG6" is a heat shrink tube that is cross-linked by electron irradiation of flame-retardant polyolefin, providing heat resistance and shape memory effects. It does not contain polychlorinated biphenyls or polychlorinated diphenyl ethers, which are known to cause dioxin emissions. Applicable standards include UL224, CSA C22.2 No.198.1: flame-retardant grade VW-1, and the Electrical Appliance and Material Safety Law: flame-retardant testing for internal insulated wires of equipment (-F-) registration. It is suitable for applications such as insulation for electronic components and electrical devices, as well as protecting the mechanical properties of terminal processing and connection parts in electronic processing.
