[Example of Troublesome Issues] Charge Generation in Spray Booths <For Paint and Air>
By arranging the conductive resin line in the hose, it is possible to address static electricity issues caused by jet charging!
We would like to introduce some examples of issues related to electrostatic discharge during spraying in paint booths. To eliminate static electricity charged at the nozzle outlet, it is necessary to incorporate a conductive line into the paint hose and air hose connected to the spray gun. For the paint hose, you can use Paint Flex Fluorine (with grounding wire) "E-PFFG," and for the air hose, you can use Air Hose Ground Wire "E-AHG," which enables measures against electrostatic discharge from the spray gun. [Case Overview] - Electrostatic measures from the paint hose side (spray discharge) - Chemical resistance is required for use with cleaning thinner - Electrostatic measures from the air hose side (spray discharge) - Stripping the grounding wire is cumbersome - Electrostatic measures are also necessary for the air hose *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
