Non-stop processing The QT (Quick Turn) table is Brother's unique high-speed two-sided pallet changer using a turntable system. It achieves high-speed pallet exchange without listing and high reliability due to its sealed structure. Wide jig area If it is within the pallet's turning diameter, jigs can be mounted outside the table. It has a standard turning radius of 1,020mm and a jig height of 300mm, providing a spacious jig area that makes it easier to mount index jigs. Simultaneous operation The simultaneous operation function allows for positioning of the XY axis and the Z axis, as well as tool changes, to occur at the same time as the previous QT table. It achieves non-stop processing without wasting pallet exchange time, pursuing zero wasted time.

Spindle Start/Stop By adopting a high acceleration and deceleration spindle motor, the spindle can be started and stopped in an extremely short time. Tool changes are completed without the Z-axis stopping. ■ Spindle Stop/Start Time: 0.15S
