"HOC/HOV/HOS" are terminals for mounting adjustable components such as resistors and capacitors. "HOC" allows you to attach pins to the board at your preferred pitch and is available in 10 colors. "HOV" and "HOS" have two pins incorporated into the base, improving workability.
