Lightweight Aluminum Bush "A-T Series"
About one-third the weight of iron and copper! Can be processed and sized according to application.
A bush is a cylindrical or donut-shaped mechanical component that is fitted into shafts or tubular members to fill gaps or serve as a buffer. It is also called a flanged bush. Various materials and sizes are available to suit different applications. 【Features】 ◆ Lightweight The specific gravity of aluminum is 2.7, which is about one-third that of iron (7.8) and copper (8.9). ◆ Excellent corrosion resistance Aluminum prevents rust and corrosion. ◆ Good electrical conductivity Although the electrical conductivity of aluminum is inferior to that of copper, its specific gravity is about one-third, allowing it to conduct twice the current compared to the same weight of copper. ◆ High thermal conductivity The thermal conductivity is about three times that of iron. It heats up quickly and cools down easily, exhibiting excellent heat dissipation. ◆ Non-magnetic It is non-magnetic and does not become magnetized. It is not affected by magnetic fields. *For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
