This product is a bush made of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) that has excellent chemical resistance, heat resistance, and low friction properties. It is used by inserting it into bolt or shaft through holes for applications such as bearing shafts, spacers, and positioning. By using it in fitting and sliding parts, it adjusts the contact between the shaft and the counterpart material, supports rotation and sliding, and helps suppress wear caused by direct contact with the counterpart material. In addition to the excellent chemical resistance, non-stick properties, and low friction characteristics unique to PTFE, it also has heat and cold resistance that can be used over a wide temperature range, as well as electrical insulation properties. This PTFE bush is suitable for assembling mechanisms that require chemical resistance, low friction properties, and electrical insulation, including bearing parts of chemical equipment and devices handling chemicals and solvents, sliding and fitting parts of various industrial machinery, and insulating components of electrical and electronic devices.
