This product is a flat washer made of Poly Slider (polyethylene-based resin) that has a low friction coefficient and excellent sliding properties. It is used by inserting it between the fastening material when tightening bolts or screws. By distributing the load during tightening over a wide area, it reduces the load on the tightening surface, helps prevent dents and scratches on the counterpart material, and protects the seating surface. Additionally, using a flat washer stabilizes the fastening surface and supports the tightening condition of the bolts and screws. Furthermore, leveraging the excellent sliding properties, wear resistance, chemical resistance, electrical insulation, and lightweight nature unique to Poly Slider, it can be used not only as a flat washer but also as a thrust washer (bearing washer) that receives axial loads in rotating and sliding parts. This resin washer is suitable for various precision equipment and general industrial machinery's sliding and rotating parts, serving applications such as friction reduction utilizing low friction characteristics and shim/spacer applications for clearance adjustments.
