This product is a set washer made of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene resin) that possesses excellent chemical resistance, non-stick properties, and can be used over a wide temperature range. It is used by inserting it between the bolt or screw and the mating material during tightening. By distributing the load applied when tightening the screw over a larger area, it reduces the stress on the tightening surface, helps prevent dents and scratches on the mating material, and protects the seating surface. Additionally, by using a flat washer, it stabilizes the fastening surface and supports the tightening condition of the bolt or screw. In addition to the excellent chemical resistance unique to PTFE, it also has heat resistance, cold resistance, electrical insulation properties, and low friction characteristics. This resin set washer is suitable for fastening components in chemical equipment and semiconductor manufacturing equipment, where resistance to various chemicals is required, as well as in industrial equipment and various machines that require electrical insulation and low friction properties.
