This product is a flat washer made of chloroprene rubber (CR) that has excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance, and mechanical strength. By distributing the load when tightening screws over a wide area, it reduces the stress on the tightening surface, helps prevent dents and scratches on the counterpart material, and protects the seating surface. Additionally, it supports the damping of vibrations and shocks applied to the fastening part by utilizing the elasticity of the rubber, and can also be used for sealing applications by ensuring close contact with the counterpart material. In addition to the excellent weather and ozone resistance unique to chloroprene rubber, it also possesses moderate oil and chemical resistance, elasticity, and cushioning properties.
