This product is a set washer made of nitrile rubber (NBR) that possesses excellent oil resistance, abrasion resistance, and mechanical strength. It is used by inserting it between the bolt or screw and the counterpart material during tightening. By distributing the load when tightening the screw over a wide area, it reduces the stress on the tightening surface, helping to prevent dents and scratches on the counterpart material and protect the seating surface. In addition to the excellent oil resistance unique to nitrile rubber (NBR), it also features abrasion resistance and good rubber elasticity. Taking advantage of its resistance to mineral oils and greases, this NBR set washer is suitable for fastening and protective applications where oil resistance and sealing properties are required, such as in hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, sealing parts of various industrial machines, and facilities handling liquids and oils.
