This product is a nylon 66 spacer designed to arrange φ3mm two-legged LEDs horizontally (at a 90-degree angle) relative to the circuit board. By positioning the LEDs at a right angle to the circuit board, it facilitates LED installation in limited spaces, such as designs that extract light from the interior of thin enclosures or from the edges of the circuit board. The right-angle mounting structure allows for stable horizontal retention of the LEDs. Additionally, by supporting the base of the lead wires, it helps reduce stress on the lead wires when bending the LEDs for installation and prevents contact with surrounding components. Leveraging the feature of positioning the LEDs at a 90-degree angle to the circuit board, this LED mounting spacer is suitable for applications where the arrangement direction of LEDs needs to be changed in limited spaces, such as in thin devices, display units, and light extraction from the edges of circuit boards.
