This product is a nylon 66 spacer equipped with a separator for short-circuit prevention between the leads of an LED. By providing a physical barrier at the base of the leads, it helps prevent contact between the leads and short circuits caused by solder bridges. Not only does it maintain a consistent height between the circuit board and the LED, but its structure, which protects the exposed base of the leads with a separator, makes it suitable for applications that require high-density mounting and insulation between adjacent terminals. Additionally, by holding the LED at a fixed position and height, it supports the efficiency of assembly work and stabilizes the quality of appearance. The material, nylon 66, possesses excellent mechanical strength, toughness, chemical resistance, and electrical insulation properties. By combining electrical insulation with a physical barrier structure provided by the separator, it can be utilized in the mounting of electronic devices and display equipment where insulation between LED leads and prevention of contact are required.
