This product is a nylon 66 LED mounting spacer that guides the LED leads and fixes them at a vertical and uniform height relative to the substrate. It is compatible with φ3mm and φ5mm LEDs and adopts a translucent type that moderately transmits light. It is suitable for lighting and display applications that utilize the LED's light and for implementations that consider light permeability. By aligning the height of the substrate and the LED, it becomes easier to position them on the display panel, and supporting the base of the LED helps reduce the load on the leads. Additionally, aligning and holding the position and height of the LEDs supports the efficiency of assembly work and stabilizes the appearance quality. The nylon 66 material has excellent mechanical strength, toughness, chemical resistance, and electrical insulation properties.
