This product is a PPS (polyphenylene sulfide) spacer for 45° mounting, featuring excellent electrical properties and chemical resistance. It is designed to allow circuit boards to be arranged at a 45-degree angle to the housing, making it suitable for high-density mounting in limited spaces and for three-dimensional board layouts that consider visibility and wiring efficiency. The structure incorporates a brass (copper alloy) screw on one side, achieving a balance between the insulation properties of PPS and stable fastening provided by the metal. Additionally, the material has flame retardancy equivalent to UL94 V-0 and excellent chemical resistance, making it suitable for use in environments where heat resistance, flame retardancy, and chemical resistance are required. The resin body does not develop rust like metal, allowing it to be used as a fastening component in environments where metal corrosion is to be avoided.
