This product is a vertical board mounting spacer made of PPS (polyphenylene sulfide) that features excellent electrical properties and chemical resistance. In addition to its design that fixes the board vertically to the housing, the structure incorporates a brass (copper-zinc alloy) screw on one side, achieving a balance between the insulation properties of the resin and the stable fastening provided by the metal. Furthermore, it possesses the flame retardancy characteristic of PPS (equivalent to UL94 V-0) and high chemical resistance, making it suitable for use in environments where heat resistance is required. The resin body does not rust like metal, allowing it to be used as a fastening component in environments where metal corrosion is to be avoided. Due to its excellent electrical insulation properties, it helps prevent electrical separation and shorts in circuit board mounting. It is a suitable fastening component for the implementation of precision electronic devices and for circuit designs that require space-saving solutions.
